Accounts and access control
Signing in creates an account secured by our authentication provider. Wholesale prices are served from our backend only after the account is verified as approved, so pricing is not exposed to public visitors or to pending applications.
Service providers
We share information with providers who support this service, only to the extent they need it: our website hosting and database platform, our email provider, and the shipping carriers used to deliver your order (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL). We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for the site to function, such as keeping you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser, but signed-in features will not work.
Retention
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required for accounting, tax and compliance purposes. When a record is no longer needed, it is deleted.
