This site and our catalog are intended for businesses — retailers, repair centers, distributors, exporters and online sellers. By creating an account you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorised to do so.

Wholesale pricing is visible only to approved accounts. We review each application and may approve, decline, suspend or revoke an account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.

Prices, quantities and lead times shown in the marketplace are indicative of live stock and can change without notice. Stock is allocated when an order is confirmed and payment is received. An order is only binding once we confirm it in writing.

Obvious pricing or listing errors do not bind us; where an error is identified we will contact you to correct or cancel the order.

Invoices are payable in full before dispatch unless separate credit terms have been agreed in writing. Bank charges and currency conversion costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Title to goods passes to the buyer on receipt of cleared payment in full. Risk passes on handover to the carrier or freight forwarder, subject to any transit damage claim reported under our Shipping Policy.

Cosmetic grades, carrier lock status and specifications are described as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative and individual units within a grade will vary. Where a unit is materially outside its described grade, our Return & Warranty Policy applies.

Buyers are responsible for complying with export controls, import requirements, carrier lock restrictions and consumer laws in the markets where they resell. You agree not to resell devices in a way that misrepresents their grade, lock status or history.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the invoiced value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost resale opportunity.

You may not scrape, resell or republish our catalog data, attempt to access pricing you are not approved for, or interfere with the operation or security of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing.
