Shipping Policy

Processing windows, carriers, packaging standards and delivery terms for wholesale orders shipping from our Brooklyn and Dubai locations.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Most in-stock orders are inspected, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after cleared payment. Large or mixed-configuration orders may require up to 7 business days, and the lead time shown on each marketplace listing reflects the expected dispatch window for that SKU.

Every unit is checked against the ordered configuration — model, storage, carrier lock, cosmetic grade and colour — before the carton is sealed.

Carriers and service levels

We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL. The carrier is selected based on destination, weight, declared value and the service level requested on your order. Freight forwarder and buyer-arranged pickup are available for larger consignments.

  • Domestic (USA): standard ground, 2-day and overnight options.
  • International: express and economy air freight from Brooklyn or Dubai.
  • Bulk / pallet: consolidated freight quoted per shipment.

Packaging

Devices are packed in master cartons with protective inserts suitable for export handling. Cartons are sealed with tamper-evident tape and labelled with the packing list reference. Serial numbers and IMEIs are recorded per carton so the shipment can be reconciled on arrival.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking numbers are emailed once the shipment is collected by the carrier. Transit times quoted by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed; customs inspections, weather and carrier backlogs can extend delivery.

Shipments must be inspected on arrival. Report any damage, shortage or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer carton, seals and contents, so we can open a carrier claim in time.

Insurance, duties and taxes

Shipments can be insured for declared value on request; insurance cost is added to the invoice. For international orders, import duties, VAT/GST, customs brokerage and any destination-country regulatory fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless a delivered-duty-paid arrangement is agreed in writing.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that the devices they order can be lawfully imported and sold in the destination market.

Address accuracy and refused shipments

Please verify the delivery address, contact name and phone number before confirming an order. Address corrections after dispatch, re-delivery attempts and shipments refused at destination are billed to the buyer at cost.
